Shipping and Returns
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders take about 1-3 days to be processed and are delivered via NZ Post within approximately 2-5 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. We ship all of our products using NZPost. You can visit NZPost and enter the tracking number we provided and track your order.
WHATS HAPPENS IF I REFUSE THE PACKAGE OR IT IS UNDELIVERED?
We here at KiwiCases are there to help our customers and sort out any issues that you might have with your order. Please feel to contact us at email@example.com asap.
DOES THE PACKAGE NEED TO HAVE SIGNATURE AUTHORIZATION?
Orders above $200 are shipped with a signature required for delivery.
DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?
At Kiwi Cases we want to make the return process as easy as possible. Returns are accepted within 14 days of your purchase for non custom orders. Custom orders are not eligible for refund for reasons other than Kiwi Cases error. We'll send you a prepaid return label in your email that covers the cost of the return shipping if we "Kiwi Cases" made any mistakes .
Please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable. Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after a removal of product(s) in an order. For discounts that are applicable on second/subsequent item, the discount will be revoked on partial return of the order, and the unreturned item will be charged in original price. Shipping fee may also be applied.
